Where this experience comes from
Astrolabio Consultores comes out of more than 25 years in the corporate division of one of Chile's largest telecommunications companies, responsible for the information on which board-level decisions were made.
That is the standard applied when a late report means a fine and when the published figure is the company's official figure. We now make that same rigour available to companies without a management control function of their own.
